the sacred art of breathing | workshop

Friday the 24th of October 6:30 - 8pm

In the busyness of life, stress and tension can cause us to hold our breath.
When this happens, we lose touch with the life force that nourishes us, grounds us, and keeps us open to the present moment.

This workshop is an invitation to return to your natural breath — learning to breathe fully, deeply, and naturally. Through gentle guidance, you’ll reconnect with your breath as a source of clarity, calm, and renewal.

What to expect:

  • Simple techniques to free and deepen your breathing

  • A focused breathwork session to open and energize your body, heart, and mind

  • A grounding meditation to leave you centered and clear
